Here are the specs from one of the new breed cameras that Casio released last year: Hi-Speed Movies (HS) 480 × 360 (210 fps, 30-210 fps), 224 × 168 (420 fps), 224 × 56 (1000 fps) . 210fps at 'iPhone resolution' should be perfectly usable...
